Do I need to get permission for every ceremony I perform as Minister?

You must send a notification form to the Director of Ministry at least thirty days prior to any ceremony you organize or officiate as minister. As an ordained minister, you will be able to access this form from your Minister’s Dashboard on this website. On this form, you will provide basic information about the event.

However, you do not need to wait for a reply or receive explicit permission for every event. The Ritual Notification Form gives the Ordination Council an opportunity to review the event, ask questions, recommend changes, or even deny the event if it does not follow our rules or protocols.
