Yes. The Satanic Temple has a general-use Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that is signed by ministers, members of leadership, and volunteers who handle sensitive information. It covers topics such as personally identifying information, property owned by TST, non-disparagement, data privacy, and the destruction of documents.

The NDA is one of three agreements that ordination candidates are required to sign in order to become ordained as Ministers of Satan. The other two are the member Code of Conduct (CoC), and the Conduct Agreement for Ministers of Satan (CAMS).
