There are several websites connected to The Satanic Temple that are all managed completely independently, so the first thing to do if you are having trouble logging in is to make sure you are logging in to the right website. Your login for the TST Shop will not work for the Minister Supplies Store, and your login for the Ordination Website will not work for The Satanic Temple TV. These are all different systems, and if you try to reset your lost password on a system that you don’t have an account on, it will not work.
Before you reach out to ask for help, you may also want to make sure that you are using the correct email address when you try to log in or reset your password. Most systems will not notify you if you try to “reset” the password for an account that doesn’t exist. If you have attempted to reset your password, and the reset email never arrived, confirm that the email address you entered is the correct email address for the website you are trying to log in to.
If you have verified that you’re logging into the right website, and that you have an account on it, and that you know the username or email address associated with the account, and you are still having problems, send an email to the appropriate group to request help:

Remember to include as much detailed information as possible in your initial email: describe what page you are logging in from (include the URL if you can), what error or other message you see when you try to log in (include a screenshot if you can), and what other things you tried to fix the problem (for example, mention if you tried following the password reset instructions).
